THE RACES
The running event will provide both a 10k and 5k race and a 1k Fun Run. Below we have provided some information on the three races as well as a map outlining the 10k and 5k routes.
Facilities available on site include;
On site parking, first aid, toilets, fun activities for kids and refreshments.
The Flamstead 10K and 5k routes have everything a good run should have, long flat straights to help with your time, long steady inclines to get that heart rate up, a challenging steep hill and some of the best country views in Hertfordshire.
Full race details will be emailed to runners prior to the event and bibs and Race Chips will be available for collection on the day.

The Flamstead1K Fun Run is aimed at our younger runners or families looking to take part in the day for a bit of fun. This run takes place entirely within the beautiful grounds of the Beechwood Park School keeping you close to all the facilities and fun activities available on the day.
Full run details will be emailed to runners and parents prior to the event and bibs will be available for collection on the day.
